IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE A PASS TO ACCESS THE EXHIBITION CENTER DURING THE SET-UP AND DISMANTLING OPERATIONS?

In order to access the Exhibition Centre from 3rd to 7th May, Exhibitors and suppliers shall have set-up passes. In order to print them, you have to sign up to the website and access the Technical, Services and Logistics area.

HOW TO OBTAIN THE LINK TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE?

The link will be sent by the Organiser after having checked the application form, confirmed the location of the stand and obtained the authorisation by the Administrative Department.

HOW TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE?

After having received the link, you will have to enter your personal data and wait for the check of the Organising Secretariat. An email with the login credentials will be sent (the email will not be sent together with the registration).

Once having received the login credentials, you will access the homepage where you have to:

  • Enter all data for the Event Catalogue
  • Access the Logistics, Services and Technical Area (this is a fundamental step in order to download the location and technical detail of your Exhibiting Area)


FREE-PROJECT STANDS:

  1. Fill in the compulsory missing data
  2. Read the Event Regulations and the DUVRI of the Event
  3. Upload the compulsory documents (Identity Card of the Employer/Legal Representative and the Substitutive Declaration of Affidavit)

PAY ATTENTION: if you do not fill in the compulsory data and upload the compulsory documents, you will not be able to access the other areas of the website (Suppliers Details, Technical Area, Services Area, Set-up Passes) and download the location and technical detail of the Exhibiting Area.

MODULAR STANDS:

  1. Read the Event Regulations and the DUVRI of the Event
  2. Click on “I declare to have read the DUVRI of the Event (Interference Risk Assessment Document) and all clauses of the Event Regulations”

PAY ATTENTION: without this declaration you will not be able to access the following areas of the website (Technical Area, Services Area) and download the location and technical sheet of the Exhibiting Area.

 

DO EXHIBITORS OF FREE-PROJECT STANDS AND MODULAR STANDS NEED BOTH SET-UP/DISMANTLING PASSES?

NO. Only the Exhibitors of free-project stands must print and show set-up/dismantling passes, seeing that they will access the Exhibition Centre from 3rd to 7th May.

Exhibitors of modular stands do not need set-up passes, seeing that they can access the Exhibition Centre only on 8th May.

WHAT TYPE OF DOCUMENTS DO I NEED IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD SET-UP/DISMANTLING PASSES? (ONLY FOR FREE-PROJECT STANDS)

In order to print set-up/dismantling passes it is necessary to:

  • Upload the compulsory documents: Identity Card of the Employer/Legal Representative and the Substitutive Declaration of Affidavit;
  • Upload the project of the stand and have received the approval from the Technical Department
  • Upload the PI form (Fire Prevention Liability Declaration available in the services area of the website) and the related certifications of materials used for the stand.

On 8th May you can access the Exhibition Centre with the Exhibitor passes, seeing that all structural operations will be finished.

DURING THE SET-UP AND DISMANTLING OPERATIONS WHERE IS THE ENTRANCE OF THE EXHIBITION CENTRE? 

The only entrance will be:

Porta Logistica Oval - Lingotto Fiere
70, via G. Mattè Trucco - 10126 Turin.

 

CAN I ACCESS THE PAVILIONS BY CAR FOR MATERIAL LOADING AND UNLOADING OPERATIONS?

NO. For safety reasons vehicles cannot access the pavilions.

It will be possible to come to the closest parking and carry goods on hand trucks. You can also buy this service from the Official Carrier, by following the procedures available on the website.

 

WHAT ATE GOODS LOADING AND UNLOADING PROCEDURES? 

We remind you that, as reported in art. 36 of the Technical Regulations:

  • Vehicles cannot compulsorily access pavilions: the only exceptions are the electrical lift systems (this is the sole responsibility of the Official Carrier: Schenker Italia)
  • You are allowed to come to the closest parking and carry goods on hand trucks. You can also buy this service from the Official Carrier of the Event (Schenker Italia – information available on the website)
  • The stop near pavilions will be allowed only for goods loading and unloading operations.

*It is also necessary to provide the phone number of the representative who will wait for goods and will sign the delivery note and the plan with the location of the stand sent by the Technical Department.**

 

CAN I SEND GOODS DURING THE EVENT?

Yes. Exhibitors could access the pavilions two hours before the opening of the fair on Thursday 9th May, whereas the other days they could enter one hour before.

 

DAYS OF THE EVENT

OPENING AND EXHIBITORS ACCESS DURING THE DAYS OF THE EVENT 

 

The event will be open to the public from Thursday 9th to Monday 13th May 2019:

- Thursday, Sunday, Monday: from 10.00 am to 8 pm;
- Friday, Saturday: from 10 am to 9 pm.

Exhibitors will be granted access to their stands two hours before the opening on Thursday 9th, and one hour before the opening during the following days.

 

COULD THE STAND BE DISMANTLED BEFORE THE CLOSING OF THE EVENT? 

Exhibitors cannot leave the Exhibiting Area during the Event.

If Exhibitors leave the stand for any reason, the Organiser will be entitled to remove any material inside or outside the stand, at Exhibitors’ risk and expenses. Exhibitors will be charge with a 1,000 € fine, as reimbursement of costs incurred.

EXHIBITORS PASSES AND CAR PARK 

Exhibitor passes, ticket books and car park passes are available on the website.

ARE THE EXHIBITOR PASSES PERSONAL? 

The company name will be written on the Exhibitor passes. On the front side, NAME and SURNAME of the user must be written. Security staff could check them at the entrance.

ARE THE EXHIBITOR PASSES VALID FOR ALL DAYS OF THE EVENT? 

Passes area valid from 9th to 13th May 2019:

- Thursday, Sunday, Monday: from 10.00 am to 8 pm;
- Friday, Saturday: from 10 am to 9 pm.

Only 4 entrances per day are available. No extra entrances will be granted.

HOW MANY CAR PARKS WILL BE GIVEN TO EACH EXHIBITOR? 

Each Exhibitor is entitled to 1 car park. Guest Exhibitors have no car parks.

You can buy extra car parks at the cost of 40,00€+VAT each, upon availability of Lingotto car parks. One car park is valid during all days of the Event.
