Franco Barberi è nato in Sicilia e vive a Palermo. Ingegnere di formazione, Accanto alla professione, ha coltivato da sempre la scrittura come spazio di indagine intima e di ricerca narrativa. Il suo lavoro letterario nasce dal desiderio di esplorare ciò che resta in ombra nelle esistenze ordinarie: i territori della memoria, le emozioni taciute, i frammenti che compongono l’identità.
Franco Barberi was born in Sicily and lives in Palermo. An engineer by training, he spent many years in the technical and design fields, developing a keen eye for detail, the invisible structures, and the small mechanisms that govern everyday life. Alongside his profession, he has always cultivated writing as a space for intimate inquiry and narrative exploration. His literary work stems from a desire to explore what remains hidden in ordinary existences: the territories of memory, unspoken emotions, the fragments that compose identity.
