Gyamtso nasce a Brescia nel 1960, la scrittura entra nella sua vita a dodici anni quando comincia a scrivere poesie. Nel 2003 prende Rifugio nel buddhismo tibetano praticando per sedici anni con dedizione crescente fino a vivere il ritiro tradizionale vajrayana di tre anni dal 2019 al 2023.
Gyamtso was born in Brescia in 1960. Writing entered his life at the age of twelve, when he began writing poetry. In 2003, he took refuge in Tibetan Buddhism, practicing for sixteen years with increasing dedication until he completed a three-year traditional Vajrayana retreat from 2019 to 2023.
