The Association of Social Promotion "SPOSTIAMO MARI E MONTI" is born with the aim of continuing to defend, promote and disseminate the values of the Resistance, antifascism and Historical Memory, supporting and encouraging sustainable behaviour from an ethical and environmental point of view, through the creation of communities capable of promoting and embodying active citizenship actions necessary to develop the democratic fabric in a participatory key, favouring the rebirth of a thought free and critical, in concert and in support of education in public schools. According to this premise, we offer educational courses to spread the values of Memory and historical knowledge to interpret the present and imagine our future. We offer courses for civic education to learn about the Italian and European historical, environmental, artistic and cultural heritage and help to preserve and defend it in a process of construction of conscious citizenship.Our educational method is inspired by peer education in a change of perspective that sees the youngest become protagonists of the education system. Knowledge is transmitted in a special way between "peers", that is, between similar people, by age, language and problems. Travel is a typical human experience and it’s our elective tool, it can be an important event for the creation of our own identity and sociality, laying the community foundations.
