These regulations set the rules for the participation in the Rights Centre Project (“Project”), within the organization of the 37th Salone Internazionale del Libro di Torino (“Salone”).
“Project” means the initiative Rights Centre organised by Salone del Libro on the 14th-15th-16th May 2025 at Centro Congressi Lingotto. “Regulations” means these general conditions
“Organisation” means the owner of the Organisation of the Fair
“Participants” means those who participate in the Project
The project is dedicated to Italian and foreign publishing houses, scouting and literary agencies and production companies interested in buying and selling publishing and translation rights and audio-visual rights for the adaptation of editorial and literary content for film, television and theatre.
All literary agents, scouts, foreign rights managers, producers are requested to purchase a table at the following conditions:
Rights Centre /Table70x65cm - Early Bird price €250 plus VAT, and € 350 plus VAT starting from the 21st March.
The fee includes, in addition to the wifi internet connection:
- Personalised table with the name of the participating company
- 2 chairs
- 2 Tickets *, Accredito Espositore+rights centre
- access to the bsquare matching platform to organise the agenda during the rights market.
Rights Centre /Table 160x80cm - Early Bird price €400 plus VAT, and € 500 plus VAT starting from the 21st March.
The fee includes, in addition to the wifi internet connection:
- Personalised table with the name of the participating company
- 4 chairs
- 2 Tickets *, Accredito Espositore+rights centre
- access to the bsquare matching platform to organise the agenda during the rights market.
Rights Centre /Table 160x80cm - Early Bird price €480 plus VAT, and € 580 plus VAT starting from the 21st March.
The fee includes, in addition to the wifi internet connection:
- Personalised table with the name of the participating company
- 4 chairs

- 2 Tickets *, Accredito Espositore+rights centre
- access to the bsquare matching platform to organise the agenda during the rights market.
Rights Centre /Table 160x80cm - Early Bird price €550 plus VAT, and € 650 plus VAT starting from the 21st March.
The fee includes, in addition to the wifi internet connection:

The purchase of a table will enable the purchase of additional services at the following conditions and prices:

- Pass rights centre 3 days € 48 (VAT included) - valid for 3 days (from 14th until 16th May), granting 4 daily accesses to Rights Centre (Centro Congressi Lingotto) and Salone del Libro exhibition area.
- Pass rights centre 1 day € 25 (VAT included) - valid for 1 day (14th, 15th or 16th May), granting 4 accesses to Rights Centre (Centro Congressi Lingotto) and Salone del Libro exhibition area.
Editors and publishers can participate by purchasing one of the following tickets*:
- Accredito Espositore+rights centre € 85 (VAT included) - valid for 6 days (from 14th until 19th May), granting 4 daily accesses to Rights Centre (Centro Congressi Lingotto) and Salone del Libro exhibition area.
- Pass rights centre 3 days € 48 (VAT included) - valid for 3 days (from 14th until 16th May), granting 4 daily accesses to Rights Centre (Centro Congressi Lingotto) and Salone del Libro exhibition area.
- Pass rights centre 1 day € 25 (VAT included) - valid for 1 day (14th, 15th or 16th May), granting 4 accesses to Rights Centre (Centro Congressi Lingotto) and Salone del Libro exhibition area.
* Tickets holders must pass through the gates reserved for them, both on entry and exit. During the same day, after the first access, people will be allowed to enter only if the ticket has been previously checked at the exit by the personnel in charge.
Rights Centre at Centro Congressi will be open from Wednesday 14th until Friday 16th May 2025 in the following hours:
- Wednesday, from 10.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
- Thursday and Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Salone will be open from Thursday 15th until Monday 19th May 2025 in the following hours:
- Thursday, Sunday and Monday from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Should the Project be cancelled for any reason, the Participant will be promptly notified and refunded of the amount paid. Any damage or indemnity is expressly excluded. The Participant hereby waives any right to claim any damages or indemnities.
Withdrawal from the Project, for any reason, must be communicated by certified email addressed to the Organisation at least 30 days before the beginning of the Project. In this case the Organisation will issue a voucher, equal to the amount paid for the purchase of the table, valid for the next edition of the project. In the event that the withdrawal is received after the 30th day prior to the beginning of the Project, the Organisation will keep the amount paid by the Participant and will be entitled to collect any sums still due from the Participant.
The Participant shall be liable for all damage caused directly or indirectly to the Organisation, the Participants and any other third party by him, his employees, auxiliaries and/or collaborators within the project.
The Participant undertakes to comply with the regulations in force, including those aimed at preventing the spread of covid-19 and the rules contained in the protocols that the Organisation will adopt for the event.
The Participant is responsible for the custody and surveillance of the space purchased for the duration of the Project (both when open to the public and when closed).
The Organisation will not therefore be responsible for objects or goods left unattended.

Salone Libro Srl will process the data provided in order to allow the correct and complete execution of the Project, the management and provision of related services and the legal and fiscal fulfilments.
To achieve the aforementioned purposes, the data may be processed by both paper, computerised and electronic archives. Salone Libro Srl, pursuant to art.
32 of the GDPR, implements suitable measures to guarantee an adequate level of security and confidentiality.
- be communicated to third parties (authorities and supervisory and control bodies, subjects that provide services related to the event, subjects of which, in various ways, Salone Libro Srl avails itself for the organisation of the fair)
- be treated by employees and partners of Salone Libro Srl, according to the tasks to be performed, in order to perfect the participation in the fair and to inform about future ventures.
Salone Libro Srl informs that, with regard to the data provided, the subject involved can:
- obtain access, request information, verify its correctness and request its updating pursuant to art. 15 and 16 of the GDPR
- obtain the cancellation and limit its treatment pursuant to art. 17 and 18 of the GDPR
- receive, in a common use structured format and in an automatic device-readable form, personal data concerning him provided to a data controller and have the right to transmit this data to another data controller without impediments by the data controller pursuant to art. 20 of the GDPR
- oppose at any time, for reasons connected with his particular situation, the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR
- oppose an automated decision-making process concerning individuals, including profiling

The subject involved can exercise his rights at any time by sending a written request to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated above.
Any request for cancellation of personal data, or part of them, as well as opposition to their treatment or request for limitation may result in the interruption of the execution of the initiatives undertaken.
Salone Libro Srl in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, the purpose limitation and the data minimisation, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR will retain
personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed. In any case, the need to keep the data will be checked every six months.
